upgrade to 6.30 caused my watch to not respond to touch

I just upgraded my watch's firmware to version 6.30, and immediately after that my watch stopped responding to touch. the watch still lights up using accelerometer data, and in response to the buttons, but it doesn't light up if I touch it, and I definitely can't get to any other data.

is there a way to roll back my watch firmware while this issue is resolved?

I suggest trying different types of restarts. This is probably not related to 6.30, but something that went wrong during the upgrade.

you're right, restarting worked. "have you tried turning it off and on again?" should have learned from the IT Crowd
