touch screen left and right side

my touch screen isn't working on the left and right side. Scrolling up and down works. Touching the center part works.

To give an example, when i set an alarm i can touch the 0 and the 5, the rest of the numbers isn't working.

Thought it was a update bug, but did a downgrade in software version to 5.8 and still the same problem.

Anybody any ideas? Or has/had the same problems?

I had same issue. Sent it back to garmin (under guarantee) and they give me a new one

Hi there! Can you try a reset n the device to factory settings? If it does not work, can you tell me where you are located and I can get you the correct support information.

Did that already, but the watch is sent to Garmin NL and hopefully it can be fixed. Tnx for the answer.

Hi, I have the same issue, but the watch is not under guarantee. Were they able to fix it? How much did it cost?
