How do I get firmware 6.20 for Vivoactive 4S

I have the problem with my watch freezing in walk activity and cycling activity after 23 seconds. Garmin responded that this has been fixed in version 6.20 of the firmware. I looked to see what version my watch is running and it is 6.10. I tried to update the watch, but it says that there is no updates available. How do I get the update?

I can message you and check your serial number for the region of the watch. Have you tried plugging the watch in to the computer and syncing with Garmin Express first?

Thank you. I just did this and it worked - I am now on version 6.20. I had never used Garmin Express, only Garmin Connect. I did not know what the difference was and did not know I needed both. Thanks so much for your quick responses and your help. I hope this works! Cheers!

Sure thing! The Computer version just manually pushes it through!
