Wifi error 010 VA4s

Unable to connect to wifi, receiving error 010 on watch. Have tried resetting the watch and changing wifi settings. Nothing working. How do I get Spotify to work / wifi connection?

I do not understand as this is the main selling point of this watch and sets it apart from a cheaper model in both garmin and other competitors. A flagship feature, and yet it is en masse not working? And no one responds?
