Help! Vivoactive 4 touch works ONLY when charging!

Help!! My Vivoactive 4 reached 10% then touch screen stopped working. I reset it many times, hard and soft, updated today to 6.20 but touch screen only works when charging my watch!

Touch screen also works in the service menu test, but when reboot in normal mode it's gone.

Only when it's connected to the charger it works :((

I believe it's a software bug, I never let it run until 10%. First time I did it this happened.

I have no other explanation for the fact that touch screen works when watch is charged..

Don't know what to do? Can I downgrade firmware with Garmin Express, any other tips?

Now Touch works just randomly and GPS does not work - have GPS version 0.00
