When I ride my motorbike it always shows up as a bike ride in Move IQ. Is this a known problem? Is there a way that I can “teach” Move IQ to know the difference between a motorbike ride and a pedal bike ride?

Per the FAQ below, our Garmin Fitness watches will only detect certain types of exercise such as biking, running, swimming, walking, or using an elliptical machine. The wrist position on a motorbike will be very similar to cycling. Additionally, there is no way to manually record a motorbike activity either, as there is no such activity profile.
Garmin-Kevin, I wonder if there is a program where we can volunteer in a study to teach Garmin watches to identify more activities like some of competing watches do now?
Thanks Garmin-Kevin! Doesn't fix my problem, but at least I know my only option is to turn off Move IQ. Do you know if Move IQ is being actively improved? It shouldn't be hard to tell the difference between riding a bike, at say, 15-20 mph and driving a motorcycle/motorbike at 35+ mph for an extended amount of time.
Same. Turn move iq off.
It can maybe be detected by the accelerometer. Accelerating fast or long does.not happen with a bike, except maybe spedelecs.
I may not be using Move IQ, but at some point I was interested in knowing how many calories I was burning while riding my motorcycle.
I found a specific app for it https://apps.garmin.com/en-AU/apps/cfd07660-08de-4188-9d19-73cdd9250797
Just in case you are interested too
I have the same problem. I'm totally agree with you about a difference speed bike vs motorcycle. i Ihought about it tooGarmin-Kevin I'm not Interested track a motorcycle activity, I'd like Garmin stop to track bike activity when I'm on motorcycle. it messes up the workout stats. Currently I fully disable this function, but I'd like to track when I walking and etc.
I see two solutions: rely on speed in calculations or simply give us option "I'm motorcyclist:)" and never track bike when Move IQ is active.
Stop using Move IQ.
It really doesn't do a good job. Activities start late, or not at all, fast walk becomes a run, slow jog becomes a walk, etc....
It really doesn't take a lot of effort to start an activity whenever you want to.....
A "feature" that is buggy is of no use.
