Vivoactive 4s Battery Not working ?

Hello,

When plugged (computer or external power source) the watch shows Batterry is 100 % full.

But when unplugged, I can't turn it on.

I made different updates as described here around through garmin express, but can't turn it on.

Any answer ?

Now touchscreen works sometimes but very, very, very slowly and there are always updates

Can you plug it back into the computer and hold the power button for 45 seconds to see if the device will reset? Can you also tell me where you are located?

Thanks for your fast answer.

Sadly nothing occured. Tried it twice, watch turns off after 10 seconds and then screen stays black.

I'm located in France
