No call rejection with message

Hi all,

I have an issue with notifications of incoming calls. When the phone (Redmi Note 10 Pro) is locked and someone calls, I have only options pick up and reject on the watch. I don’t have reject with a message option.

When the phone is unlocked, the reject with a message usually is available. Sometimes is not but I didn’t found any dependencies when is available and when not.

I tried everything, including master reset of vivoactive and phone. Garmin Poland have no idea for the moment how to help. I tried even with MIUI deactivation but it worked even worse.
All privilages and autostart are on, battery savings are off and I’m lost.

This option is very usefull, but I don’t need it when I have my phone in my hand ;)

I found a solution.

To have reject with an answer when phone is locked you must disable notifications from the phone app. I think that on this phone calling is through dedicated app, not native phone, so there is a conflict or something like this.

For now everything works fine.
