Vivoactive 4s Blue Triangle

Hold down the top button for 15+ seconds and it should force a full restart. I have been getting the blue triangle about once/week lately whenever I restart it or plug in the charger. 

Hello! Are you still getting the triangle? Can you plug the device into the computer and hold the power button for 45 seconds. If the device does not boot past the triangle, can you tell me where you are located so I can help with getting you to the correct support?

It actually got bad enough over the weekend that I couldn't' even get the blue triangle to show up and the watch just stayed fully off, despite being on the charger.  I contacted the store and got a replacement shipped.

Hello Amber, having the same issue. I tried holding the power button while connected to the laptop but it is still stuck. The watch keeps bouncing between the blue triangle only and then the blue triangle plus all the sports in the outer ring, but it does not do anything further. I am located in The Netherlands. My watch is just stuck on blue triangle after plugged in to charge, I usually get blue triangle on start up but now will do nothing just a blue triangle
