Garmin Vivoactive 4 will not turn on - just see the power symbol then settings symbol

I have attached image and video of what the watch is doing, but will not turn on

I have tried most things from the support. Anything I can do??? or is the watch worthless now???

Hello! Have you tried plugging the watch into the computer and holding the power button for 45 seconds?
