HR Sensor and GPS not working after battery drain issue + full reset

My Vivoactive 4S started suddenly having serious battery drain issues with the device eating up full charge in just few hours. I tried to manually power off/on the device several times, changing settings, disconnecting music, etc. to see if anything would help. I then tried to do a scheduled run but the GPS would not turn on and the HR was not showing up as well. After reading about issues here I did two resets, first to default settings and then a full reset deleting data as well.

My watch is now completely unusable. The HR sensor doesn't light up at all no matter what I do or how many times I reboot, and the GPS doesn't work either. This, of course, happened less than a week away from my half marathon race. What should I do?
