Unable to download certificates Wi-FI problem

Hi,

I just got my Vivoactive 4 yesterday and succesfully set up a wi fi network. However, when I tryed to download music from Spotify and the watch try to connect to the wi-fi network, I message apeared saying "Unable to download certificates". I got the same message when I tryed to check for updates.

I have tryed everything from resetting the watch to set up other internet networks, the problem continues. I have seen in other forums that the problem is a FW problem but it seems to be unsolve on the latest update.

Has anyone find a solution?

And you are a paying member of Spotify, so you are allowed to download offline content? I think that is what the certificates are for.

Yes I pay the premium subscription. I even tried with another account. Apparently it is a problem with the wifi.

I have got a brand new Venue SQ last week. Trying to set up with home wifi and found exactly the same problem. Surprisingly, just try to connect with my other mobile phone hotspot and immediately wifi is working now. Still wonder why. Encouraging everyone to try different wifi. By the way, my home wifi has a very long password.
