Garmin Express does not recognize vivoactive 4

Hi,

Garmin Express no longer recognizes vivoactive 4. It worked until a few days ago. In the device manager it will be shown as portable device. The watch is charged. I already deleted the clock in Garmin Express and wanted to add it again, but didn't work. Garmin Express already reinstalled. Deleted and reinstalled in the device manager. I also pressed the upper button while it was connected, it showed the triangle and restarted, but it still doesn't work. What else can I do?
