TRIMP value

The Heart Rate Stress Score app/widget includes TRIMP value. The value is shown in an activity’s  details in Garmin Connect and as a readable field on the watch. 

Heart Rate Stress Score is an free IQ app. I’m using it on my Vivoactive 4s. The app can be found under the Training Metrics section in the IQ store.  This app definitely shows a TRIMP score for nominated activities in Garmin Connect (see my G Connect screen shot below). I thought I’d also seen a TRIMP score on my watch while doing a run activity (second screen) but I just checked and I can only see a HRS Score on the watch - sorry about the previous misinformation.

I see - the TRIMP is only recorded by the other IQ app I guess. Because of the Connect IQ title of the section. I cannot see it on my activities, but I will look in that app...

Thanks for advise. Runalyze is great, I use it, but its working only on PC. I was looking for someting working in watches.

thanks. I tried it, it is fine, but in Vivoactive is allowed to have only 2 IQ apps in screen for some sport activity and Im using Strava app and HR zones already. Do you know some method how to set more IQ apps to one sport activity ?

I'm sorry but that's not possible only two IQ datafields
