Does the Garmin third party app SmartWake Pro work well?

Hi! Does anyone know if the Garmin third party app SmartWake PRO work well for the smartwake feature that is on other smartwatches? (ie I know FitBit has this feature). Does anyone know if it is a free app and how well it works with the Garmin Venu or Garmin Vivoactive 4s?

It says payment required, so it is not a free app.

ovekvamit has some free features and you can set one alarm for free, I was going to try it actually after hearing about yesterday on this forum but after reading the description I quickly changed my mind, apparently it breaks BodyBattery if used so I'd better stay with the latter as I don't have to wake up by alarm and when I had those smart alarms doesn't really make me feel fresh. The best way for me to get a good sleep is to get to bed earlier
