Garmin coach not registering the run

Have you started the run as an activity from the plan, or did you just start a "regular" activity?

I've started it from the plan as usual, now it is recorded but the plan doesn't recognize it. I don't how to include it in the plan now

When you started the run from the plan, was the run scheduled for "today" or was it scheduled for some other day?  Did you access the run from the Garmin Coach widget, the "Run" activity profile's training calendar, or did the workout pop up as suggested/scheduled when you opened the "Run" activity profile?

The Vivoactive 4 has no suggested workouts....

Thanks for your reply, the run was scheduled for the day I went and I started from the Garmin Coach widget. Very weird, now I'll have a new "scheduled" run and I'll what happen 

6408574 thank you for following up.  Please be sure to let me know what happens after performing the "new" scheduled run.  I have seen this before and in these other cases, the Benchmark run that did not count was actually from a cancelled training plan.  When they ran the "2nd" scheduled run, everything worked as designed.
