Floor Counting has not counted ANY on my new Vivoactive 4

I have been wearing my VA 4 for about 24 hours now, and it has not counted any floors yet, even though I live in a 2-story home and climb up and down the stairs all day. I even climbed a 15-foot ladder multiple times yesterday, but it still hasn't recorded anything. This is a brand new watch.

Yes, if you climb too slowly, it will not be recognized.

Do you hold a rail with your watch hand? The floor count is based on pressure changes while measuring arm swing.

The rail is on the opposite side. But I have been climbing more slowly than normal due to a recent injury. Could this cause it?
