training animations after factory reset

Recently, I did a factory reset because after installing the beta and a lot of applications (first days with the watch) I have noticed that I do not have any animated exercises available in the training mode settings. For example, in running I had something like "mixed intervals", and now I have information to download workouts from Garmin connect. Can it be restored somehow?

Have you checked applications settings that videos are "on"?

Where can i check it?

If I go, for example, in running, the arrow goes up, exercises, then pops up to download them from Garmin connect.

Not every excercise/app has animations. Like in running those videos would be quite useless, try f.ex. open "yoga" -> settings -> swipe down and the last setting is videos on/off. But I think that if you are looking for training, then you have to go to Connect and pick there. I have a different language use in my systems so I can't say coorect translations but it's pretty easy to find. Training propably in menus.
