Just got my VivoActive 4s yesterday. My husband and I see a personal trainer 3 times a week and do strength training. I'm trying to figure out how I can track these workouts on the Garmin, but cannot figure it out. If I click on the Strength in Workouts, it wants to guide me through a workout. Not what I need. Basically, I just want to make sure that the VivoActive 4s is acknowledging my workout with the calories burned, etc.
