Vivoactive 4s

Has anyone had trouble connecting their Vivoactive 4s to headphones? I have Sony SP800N and they won't connect Or is there a list of headphones that will?

Any help appreciated

Hello! Are both watch and headphones fully up to date? Also, are the headphones paired with any other device? If so, please make sure to disconnect them before trying to pair with the watch.
