Garmin just can't get it right

Vivoactive 4s GPS not working, User interface is poor, so disappointed. Ugggh I miss my Garmin 610. Garmin can't get it right. I should have known after the ransomware incident.

GPS does not work any more, user interface is just not intuitive, wireless to the music is a struggle, setup is not user friendly or well documented ..........

Are you getting any errors? Is the GPS not turning green, does it attempt to load or does it stay red the whole time? Have you synced the device with Garmin Express to ensure the device is up to date? As a last resort have you performed a reset to defaults? If a reset can not get the device to grab the satellites while you are outside we need to look further into what's going on.
