Vivoactive 4S clock is going too fast

My wife has a Vivoactive 4S with a strange problem.

Since a few days it's clock is running too fast.

Aftter 24 hours it's about one hour ahead. It doesn't matter if changing the watch face.

It's somehow in the internal clock, because also stopwatch has same problem.>
After 2 minutes the real passed time is 1:57, so about three seconds faster in 2 minutes,

Anyone else has ever noticed this ?

Hello! Do you have the Time Source set to "Auto" or "Manual"?

  • It's set to automatic.

I have already made a servicerequest at the dutch garmin support.(Ref:18996669KO - Q#:1010250)

Still they don't have a solution.

I put the question here to find out if someone recognizes it and maybe would have a solution.

Watch is only 7 months old

  • After several emails and things to check, Garmin decided to change watch.

Today I received the new watch.

Without problems connecting to the phone and started a stopwatch to check the clock of new watch.

After 10 minutes it looks to be good and both clocks are still synchrone.

    Hopes it stays this way.
