Fast forward/scrub through playback location on songs?

I have songs downloaded onto my Vivoactive 4 through the Spotify app. This page suggests that I should be able to fast forward through songs by pressing and holding the "skip" button. However, when I press and hold the button, nothing happens, except for skipping the track when I let go of the button.

Is this a bug?

They closed the request without accepting it. This seems to be an issue with the Garmin interface, though - as per the link that Garmin-Isabella posted above. Is this being looked at, at all?

This remains an issue as of SW Version 6.50 and Spotify Version 1.5.2. Can Garmin confirm the issue?
