I enjoy the BodyFlow classes from Les Mills. I used to take them at my gym, but since the pandemic, I've been using Les Mills On Demand. However, I continue to be unsure of the best way to record them on my Legacy Hero (Captain Marvel) watch, since they are a blend of Tai Chi, yoga, and pilates. I've been recording them as "yoga", but abdominal section isn't really yoga at all. Would calling this workout "pilates" better reflect what I'm doing? It isn't traditional pilates either.
