Is Vivoactive 3 music compatible with segments

Hello! Unfortunately, the Vivoactive 3 Music is not compatible with the Segments feature. Here is a helpful article that lists which devices are compatible with Segments.

As long as you can log GPS activities, you will show up in Strava segments, but you can not see them on the watch itself, as you can in the most expensive watches.
