Can't pair Powerbeats3 to Vivoactive 4

Help! Tried all troubleshooting steps i can get my hands on. On/off watch and headphones, ensured that software is updated, disconnected other BT connections from my P3, says 'None Found'. Any one has had this issue?

This might be quite 101 but is your headphones software up to date? Some sites say that model 2 needed fw 3.30 so it is possible that model 3 needs also latest update...

Yep, headphone software updated already. Frustrating.
