Vivoactive 4S - is charged but showing diagnostic tests and wont go back to normal screen

At first my Vivoactive 4S wouldtn't charge. Now it showed me it is charged but it keeps going into diagnostic testing. It showed me a full charge screen but then turned off back to the green triangle. I have tried plugging it into a USB on the computer as well as a regular charger. I have powered it on and off a few times. It just won't go back to normal.  Any suggestions?? Thanks!

Hello! If you hard reset it, press the top right button till the screen goes blank (ignoring the power off question) and let it sit off for over a minute and turn it back on, do get the same testing screen?

I am having the same problem and then after turning back o the shortcuts show up but ar gray or in "ghost mode" if I press the back button the diagnostic text starts again and then if I press the back button again a screen with crosshairs show up ?

Hello! When you get to the shortcuts screen, please touch on the power button in red and say yes to power off. Once you power it off, go ahead and power the watch back on and it should boot up normally.
