Rash on wrist from Silicon Band or sensor or charging port.

Linda and I got Vivoactive 4 watches for Christmas. Her rash started within a couple of weeks. Mine just started after 2 months. A new wrist band might help. Also something to cover the charging port. If the rash is caused by the sensor, i don't know what to do. Would like to hear a solution from "Garmin Support".
