Battery life

In recent weeks my vivoactive 4 is needing to be charged at least once every 48hrs. I have not changed any settings nor am I using the watch any differently. Is anyone else having similar issues? 

  • Hello! Are you using an CIQ apps, if so can you remove them and see how the watch performs? Have you made sure the device is up to date? Are you also charging through the wall or the computer?

  • I was also dissatisfied with my vivoactive 4 battery, and decided to return it to the seller as an item that does not meet the declared parameters.

    I've had the same thing lately. The watch itself changed the settings. He turned on the backlight with a gesture, increased the brightness, and I had all detection and activity tracking features turned on. I set everything up again and the battery returned to its previous state, i.e. about 5 - 7 days with my style of use. This coincided with time as Garmin changed the payment triggering from swipe to using a menu shortcut.
