Every time I try to download a playlist I get a failed to sync notification. This is becoming a hassle for a device that advertises to be simple to get things connected and downloaded.
I have tried the following resolutions with no results.
- Reset the device
- Remove all network connections and uninstall spotify
- I re-connected and downloaded Spotify again (still no luck)
- Had it close to my router and plugged into a power source.
- The wifi was successfully connected.
May I please have a support case opened?
