Watch crashing all of the time

Hello my Vivio active 4s crashes permanently it is unusable i have done a lot of resets  on the watch and have the latest software 5.60 installed. I have removed all of the IQ aps and nothing works.

Attached is a error log from the other day Any help would be great.

    Hello! Are you able to do anything on the watch? When does it crash and what do you see when the watch crashes?

    Hello the watch can crash at anytime, just being on the wrist. Once it has crashed sometimes it freezes and u cant do anything other times it a triangle  and it and you have to plug it into to charge before getting it to reboot.

    Okay, have you tried a factory reset on the device? Are you in the US or Canada?
