So there's the big Performance section in the Connect app, and I have no idea how to use any of that. Is there something I can actually use with this watch, or is it all for higher-end watches only?
I'm also wondering about the VO2max header there. There are four datapoints so far (the only thing with datapoints), but they seem stuck at 40, which is ridiculous for me (I know my VO2 max is a lot lower). Looking on the website I only see two datapoints, and both are 40 as well.Both each one week apart, thus I'd expect another point today, but so far nothing. I've been hiking and running quite a bit lately as an activity that I've started. Thus I'd expect something to change, but nothing. Any ideas?
