Okay, please make sure your headphones are not connected to your phone or any other device. If they are, they will not be able to pair with your watch. Please remove the headphones from your watch sensor list and perform a hard reset. (Hold the top right button till the screen goes blank, ignore anything thing that pops up, and let the watch sit off for a full minute) After the minute, turn back on the watch and try to re-pair the headphones with the watch. 

It helped after the second hard reset. Thank you very much for helping out!! Very much appreciated.

Thank you from another happy customer.  I had been failing to get pairing with a set of earbuds and my VA4S and the hard reset finally worked.  Glad to have my music on my wrist now!

I guess to each their own, but the pairing isn't a major concern for me.  I had the typical problems first trying to connect with wireless headphones, but ever since then the connection has worked flawlessly, I haven't had to reset anything.  With all of the features and pricing I would say it's a terrific choice.

I have the same problem, and a rest doesn't help.
