Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro remote volume control bug

When I play music through my Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro there is a bug when controlling the volume level via my VA4. When I press volume up/down, the volume immediately turns to 0 and can't be further adjusted. Skipping and pausing tracks works fine. I never encountered this problem before on my LG V30. Any help please?

Hey there, what music provider app do you use on the phone to control the music to? Are you able to hear anything from the headphones?

Hello, I mostly use Spotify, but this also happens with the built-in music player. I also can't ring the phone via the watch when the phone is locked, no sound/flashlight on the phone when I do so. I tried to make an exception for Garmin Connect in battery saver but seems not to be the problem.

Would you be able to share a short video clip of the watch when you change the volume level and it goes to 0?
