History Widget Start of the week on Mondays

Greetings to all, 

I have a Vivoactive 4. I have set up my History Widget as showing "This week". When I go and see my history widget, my week starts on Sunday. Is it possible to change this to start on Monday?

My Garmin Connect calendar starts on Monday and I have already gone to Profile - Account Settings - Display Preference and select Monday as the start of the week. 

However, none of these changes seem to affect how the watch displays the history widget. This continues showing Sunday as the first day of the week. 

I have also checked the history widget settings and there is no other option beyond showing this week, last 7 days, last 30 days, This month.

I appreciate any tip on this.

    Hi,

    I would not say that I fixed it, but now my week starts on Mondays. I am not sure how or why, but I would recommend that you follow the steps I mentioned in my original post and if you find anything else with a calendar in it, change it to Monday. Maybe the watch needs more time than usual to reflect certain changes made in the system. If I find a better option, I will let you know here. Cheers.

    Did it eventually work for you?  It’s been a week I changed all the settings and still week starting on a sunday… i don’t know how long I should wait

    Hi. Actually, yes. It worked, but I still don't know how. However, my history week now starts on Mondays.

    You are lucky!  I contacted Garmin support and they've told me there is basically no way to make it start on Mondays.

    Here is what they said:

    Thanks for providing the file. After reviewing, I was able to confirm that this is a Connect only setting and that none of our devices use that setting. 

    This means our devices will always use Sunday as the start of the week.  Garmin Connect just allows to change the calendar view of GC but  weekly things like IM or Challenge start dates won't be adjusted.

    So hopefully one day it will change like it did for yourself!

    The week starts on Monday in the history widget on my VA4S. I have never done anything to get it like that.

    It eventually worked.  I changed some settings on the garmin connect website from a computer on the date settings.  I'm not sure it's definitely this setting but right on the next day, it changed to a start of the week on a Monday (from the Sunday it seemed to be stuck on for a couple of months).

    I believe the setting that changed was the date format that was changed from day/month/year to year/month/day.  Hope it helps others reading through this forum
