My New Vivoactive 4 back button, feels spongy/soft, compared to my top button, is this normal?

Yes, I have posted about this and a few others as well. Sometimes it seems fine sometimes it seems like it clicks twice. It seems to be accepted as "normal". (It's not a bug it's a feature :))

It seems a problem with the minority, rather than the majority. Which worries me, due to its long term use.

Well I would think that if it is new you could get a replacement via warranty.

I hadn't noticed before, but would say the upper button feels better.

Appreciate you reaching out, ive heard nothing but amazing things from Garmin Support, so I'll keep that in mind. 

I sent my VivoActive 4 back as it started like this and then stopped working after the 3rd day out of the box.
