Cant get in my vivo active 4 anymore.

My watch suddenly doesn't respond anymore. I went out of battery and the only thing that is on the watch is watch sign and a garmin sign, if something is loading. I can't get in the watch and it doesn't respond to anything.

Bought it february 2020.

    Hi there! This indicates the device is trying to pair with your phone. Can you please remove the watch from the phone Bluetooth and the Connect app. Then pair it back. If you have any issues please respond with what phone you are using!

    -Thanks for replying. Tried dint work, using iPhone Xr. It keeps doing the same, and the connect app shows it can't connect when I want to add it again.

    Ok, Can you hold the top right button for 45 seconds ignoring power off. Then turn it back on. 

    • Open the Garmin Connect Mobile App,
    • Tap more on the bottom right, then tap Garmin devices
    • Tap on the device name
    • Tap the 3 dots on the upper right-hand corner and select remove. Close the app
    • Open the iPhone settings, go to Bluetooth
    • Tap the i icon next to the name and select forget the device.
    • Power phone completely down then turn it back on
    • While phone is turning on, please put the device in pair mode by going to the settings on the watch then phone, Bluetooth pair smart phone

    Open the Garmin Connect mobile app and add device
