Just got this tracker not long ago and decided to create a custom work out. I created the workout and when trying to send to device (via smartphone icon at top), it then shows my device and says it is connected, though it says “device not compatible”. I am not sure about my line of thinking but seems like these custom workouts cannot be synced to the Vivoactive 4 tracker. Doesn’t make any sense if work out can be created, and then shows icon to transfer, but then says not compatible. Does anyone have any insight on this?
