Battery drain and Bluetooth won't hold connection.

Please help. Got my vivoactive 4s in August 2020. Had no problems until a couple of weeks ago when the battery won't hold any charge for longer than 5 or 6 hours. I've reset it completely and it it still happening. It also won't keep connected to my phone so notifications are not coming through. Thanks in advance

  • Hello! Can you plug the device into the computer and sync with Garmin Express and then when it syncs then reset the device again by going into the settings of the watch. After it has been reset, if you had any CIQ apps downloaded, do not reinstall them. Then charge through the computer. Then you can pair the device back to the Garmin App only. Let me know how this works.

    Thank you for your help but it still isn't happy! The Bluetooth connection works and I get messages and then stops and the watch symbol is flashing on and off. The battery is already at 92% after 1 hour of wearing. When I was pairing the watch to my phone last night it struggled to connect but then did and I also kept getting lots of small numbers (some kind of data) and coloured circles and split screens coming up so I don't know what is going on!
