Backlight not working Vivoactive 4s

Hi, Randomly the backlight on my Garmin vivoactive 4s has stopped working. I’ve only had the watch since Christmas :( I’ve look at all the backlight settings and they’re all fine, I’ve done a system update and I’ve reset the watch. I’ve turned it off and on a couple of times and charged it. I’ve unpaired and re-paired the device with my Garmin connect but nothing has worked and the backlight still isn’t working :( Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Hello! Sorry to hear about your watch not functioning as it should. Are you able to share a video of your watch face backlight not turning on when you press the display and scroll through the menu? When you mention resetting the watch, have you gone into the settings on the device and selected reset?
