This is not a useful measure, since my VO2 max is highly inaccurate. I NEVER run (at least not unless something/someone is chasing me) and, when I walk, it's never for exercise, so my heart rate is never close to 70%. I exercise mainly by strength training and some HIIT or other exercise videos. It is my understanding that these measures are based solely on running/walking for exercise (or cycling, which I don't do either).
Honestly, just seeing a terrible "fitness age" only makes me feel bad about myself and who needs that, especially now?
