Garmin vivoactive 4s keeps connecting and disconnecting

Garmin vivoactive 4s keeps connecting and disconnecting many times during the day from iphone 12 pro max. (While i have the phone in my hands, so it’s not the distance the problem)Before a had iphone 7 and was ok, since i’ve changed the phone it’s making me problems. Anyone can give me an advice?

Hello! Do you still have the Iphone 7 around? If so, can we verify that the watch is not listed in the Bluetooth Settings on the phone? If it has already been removed from the phone and you are still experiencing these issues, can I have you tell me the bluetooth software version on the watch? (Press and hold the bottom right button>Settings>System>About>SW Versions>ANT/BLE/BT)

I had this issue recently when I switched phones. I need to delete it from Connect and Bluetooth in the old phone.

Ho Isabella. The version of the software is 6.11. I’ve deleted the watch from the old phone . I hope will be ok now.

I have this issue and don’t have it connected to any other devices but it is dropping in and out every 5 minutes or so.

Hello! What software version is your watch and Garmin Connect app on? Is it dropping out while they are right next to each other?

Hi Isabella. The software version on my watch is 5.6 and app is 4.39.0.33 and yes they are right next to each other when this is happening

Okay, what phone do you have? Do you leave the Garmin Connect App open in the background of your phone or do you close out of it?

I have the iPhone 12 pro max and this happens both when the app is running in the background and when closed.

Okay, there is a Garmin Connect App update being pushed out today, please make sure to update to the current version 4.40. If this does not change anything, please let me know.
