Vivoactive4 won’t turn on.

Took the watch off to charge and now it won’t turn on? Turns on and shows 100% when plugged into charger/laptop. Have tried the holding top button for 30 -45 seconds when plugging in has not worked either.
Please help.

I have the same problem. I wanted to charge my Vicoactive 4S and there was an update available so I did the update. When I took it from the charger te screen was turned off. The only thing I saw was the blue triangle... I tried everythin and contacted Garmin Support but their solutions didn't work either. I am sending mine back and hopefully they send me a total new one, it's still under garanty. I bought mine 4 months ago...

Hello! Sorry to hear that your device isn't working as it should. Have you tried cleaning the contacts with rubbing alcohol and plugging it back into the computer while holding the top right button? If you have tried the troubleshooting with no luck, are you in the US or Canada? If so, I would like to get this resolved for you. If not, I encourage you to reach out to your local Garmin Support.
