Not working

Hey. Yesterday I bought my garmin vivoactive 4s. And after two hours of using its just turned off. Now, when I am trying to turned it on I just see triagnle sign (garmin sign). I am trying to turn it off ant then on, but still nothing. Also, I was trying to charge it for an hour ut the same. Why its not working after two hours? What should I do now?

Hi there. I'm so sorry this was your experience with your new device. Let's see if we can get it working and determine if it needs to be exchanged. Can you plug the watch into the computer and hold the power button for 45 seconds. If the triangle shows up, let go and see if it will reboot past the logo! Keep me updated!
