Stairs/Floors Not Computing

My vivioactive 4 is not capturing stairs/floors. Was working fine until today. I have restarted my watch and the app, still not capturing.

Maybe the pressure sensor holes are clogged.

Vivoactive 3 was not bad, I’ve had the 4 for 1 week. The stair counter was working till yesterday. 10 flights of stairs counted as 6, I went outside and synced with GPS, rebooted the watch, rinsed the barometer ports and waited over an hour and tried 3 more flights, it counted 1. I’ve done 2 flights today with no tracking at all. I work in an industrial building where the flights are 20 steps each, so basically 2 floors worth. Still getting virtually nothing.

If the holes are open, the most likely cause is that you are not moving the watch arm in vigorous enough rhythm.
