Anyone have these issues currently?

My body battery has been stuck at 5 for the last five days.  I have only owned the device for 6 full days.

The SpO2 feature is not respecting my settings.  I set the feature to only read daytime and specifically turned off night/sleep readings (I sleep on my arm) but the device still reads SpO2 during sleep with leaves my average unreasonable low.

When I do a manual reading on the SpO2 feature it only works some times.  When it does work, it does not report the manual reading to the phone app or the web app.

The stress feature records my stress level as medium or high nearly all the time.  I get no recovery or rest even when sleeping or chilling (relaxing with a movie or book.)

The device has trouble reading steps or cadence while I am moving (walking or running.)  This makes the VO2 Max feature invalid as it only works if movement is reported for 10 minutes above 70%.  I can get 10 plus minutes of movement but because the movement reporting is sporadic, I get no score.

Steps stop recording if I move my arm too suddenly.  Sometimes when walking or running, I raise my arm and shake it to cause the sleeve to move down so I can read the device.  Doing this causes the steps to stop reporting until I put my hand straight down and swing it back and forth a few times.  (I usually run with my arms cocked and at chest level with minor but reportable movement.)

Resting rate is calculated on movement that is not resting.  I am an active person that spends most of the day moving; however, when I am at rest, my heart rate measures around 65 bpm.  Unfortunately, the resting rate being reported is targeting low heart rates when I am actually moving as resting heart rate.  When I am doing desk work, I am moving.  I have an L-shape desk with a variety of equipment that requires reaching and chair movement to access.  I have to leave the chair for accessing files or retrieving some hard copy data.  Because these tasks take very little effort the heart rate is normally between 70 and 85 bpm.  The device is using these lower, long-term readings in calculating the resting rate.

If you have any of these issues, please report how they are the same or different and/or how you resolved them.  I am not getting much help from support at this time.

Since there isn't enough traffic here to help resolve the issues I am suffering and customer support is limited.  I have decided that the device is not worth keeping.  I already have a broken Polar Ignite, I have no need of another device that is not functioning with little help of correction.
