Vivo active 4 not finding headphones

Hi. I have the vivoactive 4 and Aftershokz Aeromexico. Today the Garmin can’t find the headphones at all.

I’ve switched on and off and updated software. I’ve removed the original connection.

the problem isn’t with the Aftershokz as they connect to my iPad, no problem.

any tips please?

Hello,

Yes it seems that some makes just do not pair with the Vivoactive 4/4s. My Sony xm2 could not pair at all. However, 3 other pairs of headphones all paired up with no issues. I'm sorry this doesn't help but I am in the same boat.
