Missing Sleep - Stress - Body Battery Data

New VivoActive 4 User. Had the Watch for about 10 Days. Today when I checked the Garmin Connect App my Sleep, Stress & Body Battery Data was Missing.I checked the Watch and saw it was tracking my Stress & Body Battery (showed only 52 this AM @ 8:30am). Anyonw know why? I entered Sleep manually but want to troubleshoot the issue as I bought this specifically to track these 3 things and fitness activities. I took the watch-off to charge a bit while I showered, which I do every few days and never had an issue before. I shutdown & re-started the Watch this eveneing and now I see the Stats in the App but only since the watch restarted; It appears everything from last night unitl this evening was lost, which is very disconcerting. Any advice appreciated because if it happens again I'm returning it.

This doesn't get your old data back, but I ran into the exact same issue yesterday where I found the watch had data, but none of it was making it into the Connect app (even though it claimed to "sync"). Sadly a simple watch restart didn't fix it, so I deleted/removed the device from the Connect app on phone and logged out. Also went on the computer (connect.garmin.com) and did the same (remove device, log out). Went back to phone, logged into Connect, and paired the watch. Data seems to be syncing between watch and app correctly now. Might be worth a shot if your issue happens again.

  • Thanks Tucker. Everything seemed to work last night properly - my Sleep, Stress & Body Battery all recorded/synced, so hopefully it's a 1-off glitch. The funny thing is Garmin Connect showed my 3.1M Run/Walk yesterday, but didn't record the Steps. My iPhone which I take on my hike to listen to Podcasts tracked 8,053 yesterday. Now I just need to find a way to corrrect that so my Weekly Stat's aren't a complete bust. Cheers!
