Heart rate monitor chest strap

Hello,

I am looking for a heart rate monitor chest strap for my vivoactive 4. According to the official page (buy.garmin.com/.../010-02174-02 only the HRM dual is compatible.

Is there an opportunity if it is possible to connect the HRM-Run with the watch?

    The VA4 can not read the run metrics. Maybe it is possible to use the HRM Run only for heart rate.

    The HRM-Run will connect to the VA4 as a regular chest strap, but won't provide running dynamics.

    I have a Wahoo Tickr since I got my first VivoActive watch four years ago and it has worked with all of them. Find the heart beat fast and is accurate. If all you need is a heart rate monitor chest strap, you can't go wrong with it. It's a Ant+ and BLE chest strap so will work with many types of devices. I have thousands of activity hours with it since 4 years ago (over 22K km of running and cycling) and only changed the battery three times.
