What is this icon (half sun with time)?

I just got the vivoactive 4 and when customizing the included watchface I can't figure out what this is. I thought it would be sunrise or sunset but late morning the attached time was 1:03 and now in later afternoon it's reading 12:56. I've looked through the manual with no luck.

It should be sunrise/sunset time i think.

Yes. It is runrise/sunset time. It is not accurate about location until you do a GPS activity - eg. select "Walk", let GPS lock, stop/discard activity.
